The Compact version of the PTGym has all the same configurability and resistance levels as the Field Trainer, made more functional for indoor use. The PTGym compact is designed with a 20 foot cord so it stays nice and tight on bed room doors, bed post and more so that it can be used in areas with as little as 5 feet between the anchor points.
 
For ultimate versatility, you can add on a Power Line at any time for dynamic lengthening of the travel distance duringexercise or drills. The Power Line is great for enabling a greater level of resistance at a very short distance.
